particular situation in the list below and follow the corresponding
instructions.
- Don't have a User Name and Password?
To get a User Name and Password, you must complete the registration process.
Registration on www.childsupport.state.pa.us
is an easy process.
- As a payee/payor with an active case in the child support system, you will be
asked to enter a User Name, SSN, Case Id, and and active e-mail address.
- You will need to provide a valid e-mail address for notification of password
and other alerts from the system. In addition, you will be able to provide a
Hint Question and Answer to facilitate future logins.
- For security purposes, the entire registration process is done using SSL
encryption. After registration has been completed, we will send you a temporary
password via e-mail to the e-mail address we have on record. After you log in
with your system generated temporary password, you will be asked to change your
password to your personal password, one that will be easier to remember.

Registration/Login Help?
SPAM control software features are designed to block "junk" e-mail or e-mail
from unknown or unwanted senders. However, these blocking techniques may cause
the unintended consequence of blocking messages that you really want to
receive.
You may not receive a "New Registration" e-mail with your temporary password
and will not be able to login to the website if:
-
Your internet service provider offers a SPAM blocking feature that requires the
sender (i.e., PA Child Support Website Login Support ) to first respond to a
return e-mail in order to be added to a "white list" or approved sender list
-
You have purchased software for your personal computer that requires the sender
(i.e., PA Child Support Website Login Support) to first respond to a return
e-mail in order to be added to an approved sender list
-
You have manually created an approved sender list
-
Other SPAM blocking techniques are employed by you or your internet service
provider
If you have not received your "New Registration" e-mail, or other expected
correspondence from us, please be sure to check the deleted items and trash
folder for e-mails from the Child Support Website. To increase the possibility
that you receive e-mail from us, you should add the following address to your
approved sender or "white list": ra-pacses@state.pa.us. If the problem
continues please contact your ISP or e-mail provider to check the settings of
the SPAM blocking feature.
