Gross Income
Your income before taxes and other deductions. If your monthly combined income is greater than $30,000.00 this estimator cannot be used.
  1. Wages, salaries, bonuses, fees and commissions;
  2. Net income from business or dealings in property;
  3. Interest, rents, royalties, and dividends;
  4. Pensions and all forms of retirement;
  5. Income from an interest in an estate or trust;
  6. Social Security disability benefits, Social Security retirement benefits, temporary and permanent disability benefits, workers’ compensation and unemployment compensation;
  7. Spousal support if it applies
  8. And other income such as money or lump sum awards including lottery winnings, income tax refunds, insurance compensation or settlements: awards and verdicts

Health Insurance Premium for Children of This Child Support Action
Enter the monthly health insurance coverage costs paid for the other parent and the child(ren) of this child support action. The health insurance costs for other children of a separate marriage or relationship should not be included in this field. This does not include insurance premiums (costs) paid by an employer.
If the exact amount of the premium for the child(ren) of this child support estimation is not known, then take the total premium cost divided by the number of persons covered on the health insurance and multiply that result by the number of children of this child support estimation.

Non-Voluntary Retirement
