Browser Compatibility

This site is best viewed at a minimum 1024x768 resolution. This site requires a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) compliant browser and is most secure and will not work unless you have a browser with 128-bit encryption and the SSL Protocol turned on.

If you do not have a browser with 128-bit encryption, when you click on "Login" or "Registration" a page will not appear. To update your browser, please click on one of the browsers listed below.

Microsoft Edge Chrome
Firefox Safari

This web site uses session variables to pass information from one Web page to the next, which requires that per-session cookies be enabled on your browser. These cookies last for the duration of your user session, but are not stored permanently on your hard drive. No passwords are stored in cookies. We do not save any cookies to your hard drive; the cookies only persist while your browsing session is active.

Please Note: It is possible you may experience problems while trying to use this site. Below is a list of steps which may help resolve the issue.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. From the Microsoft Edge menu bar, select Settings.
  2. In the Settings window, select the Extensions.
  3. In the Extensions window, select the Extensions.
  4. In the Extensions tab, disable all Extensions.
  5. You will be prompted to restart your computer.
  6. Upon restarting, open Microsoft Edge.
  7. In Microsoft Edge, enter www.childsupport.state.pa.us in the Address field and click Go.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. From the Firefox menu bar, select Tools, Add-Ons.
  2. In the Firefox Options window, Select Manage Add-Ons.
  3. In the Extensions Tab, disable all Extensions.
  4. Upon restarting, open Mozilla Firefox.
  5. In Mozilla Firefox, enter www.childsupport.state.pa.us in the Address field and click Go.

Google Chrome:

  1. From the Google Chrome menu bar, select Settings.
  2. In the Chrome Options window, select the Extensions Tab.
  3. In the Extensions Tab, disable all Extensions.
  4. You will be prompted to restart your computer.
  5. Upon restarting, open Google Chrome.
  6. In Google Chrome, enter www.childsupport.state.pa.us in the Address field and click Go.

Safari:

  1. From the Safari menu bar, select Preferences.
  2. In the Safari Preferences window, select the security Tab.
  3. In the security Tab, uncheck "Enable Plug-Ins".
  4. You will be prompted to restart your computer.
  5. Upon restarting, open Safari.
  6. In Safari, enter www.childsuppport.state.pa.us in the Address field and click Go.
