Browser Compatibility

This site is best viewed at 1024x768 resolution. This site requires a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) compliant browser, and is most secure and performs best when using version 7.x of Microsoft Internet Explorer or version 3.x of Mozilla FireFox. The secure site will not work unless you have a 128 Bit Browser and the SSL Protocol turned on.

If you do not have a 128 Bit Browser, when you click on "Login" or "Registration" a page will not appear. To update your browser, please click on one of the browsers listed below.

This web site uses session variables to pass information from one Web page to the next, which requires that per-session cookies be enabled on your browser. These cookies last for the duration of your user session, but are not stored permanently on your hard drive. No passwords are stored in cookies. We do not save any cookies to your hard drive; the cookies only persist while your browsing session is active.

Please Note: If you are using IE 6.0, it is possible you may experience problems while trying to use this site. Below is a list of steps which may help resolve the issue.

From the Internet Explorer menu bar, select Tools, Internet Options.
In the Internet Options window, select the Advanced tab.
In the Advanced Tab, uncheck the box for "Enable Third Party Browser Extensions".
You will be prompted to restart your computer.
Upon restarting, open Internet Explorer.
In Internet Explorer, enter www.childsupport.state.pa.us in the Address field and click Go.
