Login Support Unit
* Email our Login Support staff if you are having trouble creating or accessing your account. Include as many of the following pieces of information as you can. The more we have, the better we can assist you:
* PA Child Support Case ID even if the case is closed
* PA Child Support Member ID
* Date of Birth
* Keystone ID
* Email address or addresses you have used for your account
* Tell us if your device is a PC/laptop or mobile
* Give us a screen shot of the error
* Tell us which tab of the website you are trying to open (Receiving Support, Paying Support, Employer, Attorney, Docket Search or Lien Search)
* The Login Support Unit hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, except on major holidays.
* This unit does not answer payment or child support case questions.
Domestic Relations Section
* Contact the DRS for all Case Inquiries, Address Changes, Employment Changes, questions about Scheduled Hearings, EFT Information, and General Assistance.
State Collection and Disbursement Unit, SCDU
(If you receive or pay Child Support)
* Contact SCDU for questions on Checks, EFT (Direct Deposit), PA Child Support Payment Card, Payment Problems, Coupons, and before you stop payment on a check, or to request a replacement check.
State Collection and Disbursement Unit, SCDU (Employers)
* Contact SCDU for questions on Payments, EFT, ExpertPay, Coupons, and before you stop payment on a check.
Employer Maintenance Unit, EMU
* Contact EMU For information on Income Attachment notices - persons being attached, attachment amounts.
