Title 23 Pa.C.S. §4374(b)

Pennsylvania law requires employers to submit electronic payments to the state collection and disbursement unit when the employer is ordered to withhold income for child support from more than one obligor and employs 15 or more persons. Employers must also submit electronic payments to the state collection and disbursement unit after having two or more checks returned by the state collection and disbursement unit for non-sufficient funds.
