Covered Drugs Search Tool

The DHS Pharmacy Services Covered Drugs Search Tool allows users to obtain helpful information about drugs covered by the Fee-for-Service (FFS) program such as prior authorization requirements, specialty pharmacy requirements, applicable quantity limits, and copay information.

There are three ways to search for a FFS covered drug:

  • National Drug Code (NDC) – enter all or part of the 11-digit NDC number for the drug in question. Do not include dashes.
  • Drug Name – enter at least the first three letters of the drug name.
  • PDL Class – click on the arrow to the right to access a drop-down list of all drug classes included on the PDL.

The DHS Pharmacy Services Covered Drugs Search Tool is updated Sunday of every week.

After entering the appropriate information in one of the fields, click “Search” to see the search results.
