Child Support Estimator - Additional Criteria

The child support payment amount calculated by this estimator is only an estimate.
The final determination of the support amount by the Court of Common Pleas may deviate
from the estimate based on the following factors: unusual needs, other support obligations,
other income in household, ages of the children, assets, ongoing medical expenses,
standard of living and/or other relevant and appropriate factors, such as:

Does the child(ren) spend 146 overnight visits or more during the year with the Noncustodial Parent(NCP)?
Do you have any other monthly expenses for the child(ren) (such as: private tuition, summer camp, private lessons)?
Does the child(ren) receive any Social Security Payment based on a parent's death, disability or retirement?
Does the child(ren) have any unreimbursed Medical Expenses not paid by insurance in excess of $250 per year related to an ongoing, reoccurring medical condition?
Is there a mortgage payment for the marital home? If the Custodial Parent (CP) occupies the marital home, and the mortgage payment exceeds 25% of the Custodial Parent's income (including support due), the Noncustodial Parent can be required to pay up to 50% of the excess amount. If the Noncustodial Parent occupies the home under the same conditions, a downward adjustment can be made.

Is the Custodial Parent requesting support for his/her self?
Will the Custodial Parent or Noncustodial Parent claim the child care tax credit?
Does your health insurance cover persons other than the child(ren) of this child support estimation?
