Pennsylvania's Child Support Program is a combined effort of the federal, state
and county governments to collect money from absent parents. PACSES is Pennsylvania's
automated Child Support Enforcement System used by all 67 county Domestic Relations
Sections. The main goal of the program is to ensure that children are supported
by both parents.
